• An additional payment of 30% is due when your order is ready for dispatch.
• The remaining 30% of the order amount is to be paid upon successful delivery of the products.

2. Warranty

KBS Locks and Hardware provides a warranty on its locks. Locks are covered by a 12-month warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship, ensuring the locks function as intended.

Warranty claims must be made through our customer service department, and any damaged or defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

3. Exclusions from Warranty

Please note that the warranty does not cover the finish of the locks. The finish may naturally wear over time due to usage, environmental factors, or improper maintenance. Therefore, any issues related to the finish are not covered by our warranty.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 7 days from the date of order placement, and a cancellation fee may apply. After this period, cancellations are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Returns will be accepted in accordance with our Return Policy. Refunds will be processed in compliance with our Refund Policy.
